Some links and thinks.

Where does the time go? I have been doing my Bouverie Docent hikes with 9 year olds and LOVING every minute of it. I am so inspired by all the creatures we see on the trail. My next project is to make a series of newt jewelry. The Bouverie people love all the little critters and they love to wear them as well. So...off I go out to the studio!

My latest Open Studio Class has produced so many wonderful works of art. What a talented group. I will try to post some photos after tomorrow. It will be the last Monday workshop and then the Sonoma Community Center on Tuesday evenings will begin once again.

I did a free demo at Riley St. yesterday and one participant asked that I post my favorite suppliers on my blog. What a good idea! And, why didn't I think of that sooner?
Bar non, my favorite supplier is Whole Lotta Whimsy in Tuscon. http://www.wholelottawhimsy.com/
They are a family owned business with the best prices on clay and all the help you would need when deciding on a kiln. Tanya and Sharon are a mother/daughter team with Tanya's husband working in the background. As far as I know, there is no "brick and mortar" store in Sonoma County that sell PMC. WLW is your best bet.
Enjoy the Spring days. We have had such great weather lately!
