Amber and fine silver pendant.I bought this lovely amber cabachon at least 5 years ago at the Tuscon Gem Show. It is so nice to see it set in a pendant! When I created this pendant, I used a texture plate that I carved and while the piece was still greenware I went in with my micro-carvers and enhanced the texture after the bezel was set. The back is carved to look like a piece of bark with the flat side of the golden amber showing through a knothole.
